Situation
CHC Hydronics is a leading provider of mechanical equipment for the HVAC, plumbing and steam systems industry. The company’s 150 employees serve commercial customers across six states throughout the U.S., providing cutting-edge products to reduce energy costs and protect important environmental resources.
In addition to offering the latest in commercial building water delivery, CHC Hydronics provides in-depth, technical training to its employees and customers through their Training and Innovation Center.
The Company recently launched three new products Ecocirc, Hydrovar, and Nanowatt, and needed high-quality, professionally produced training videos to educate their employees and customers on the key features of the new pumps.
Strategy
CHC Hydronics hired Porygon Studios to produce three-minute videos for each new product.
Porygon Studios worked closely with CHC’s Corporate Marketing Manager to develop a detailed script and shot list that would speak to both internal and external audiences. The main challenge was distilling and translating each product’s technical information into concise snippets of information.
To capture the intricate details of each product, we planned and implemented a full-day video shoot at the CHC Headquarters, capturing scenes in the warehouse and Training and Innovation Center.
Results
We produced three professional training videos for CHC to use to introduce the Ecocirc, Hydrovar, and Nanowatt to their employees and customers. These videos are accessible to current and future clients, and will be used by CHC’s sales team to start a conversation on how the company’s products save natural resources and costs for the client.
